What is the difference between noodles from a factory, from small-scale operations and from those that are rolled up at the family table? This is one of the typical questions in the movie „Pasta Connection“, explored by students at the Slow Food University of Gastronomic Sciences. They study the origin and quality of products and document their trips on video. Under the auspices of Michael Ballhaus documentations like this will create a multimedia encyclopedia of food.
